Ranger Energy Services proudly participated recently in the Energy Workforce & Technology Council’s (EWTC) Summer Meeting in Denver Colorado. The meeting with leaders from all sectors of the industry led to discussions centered on energy production, regulations and policy, labor issues, supply chain challenges and other ESG issues.
Energy Workforce Board Member Matt Hooker, COO, Ranger Energy Services, [pictured far right] moderated the “Market Outlook for Well Servicing” panel. Labor and supply chain challenges dominated the conversations. The panel wrapped up with a discussion on keeping the organizations healthy through all cycles by fostering partnerships with clients, staying focused on the core of the business, and building a sustainable business model.
